Return Policy for Allen Pump Parts
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Mechanical seals that have been installed cannot be returned. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at brianallenbusiness@protonmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we'll provide the return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may be rejected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at brianallenbusiness@protonmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include photos of the defect or damage if possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Wrong Part Purchased
If you ordered the wrong part, please contact us before returning. We may be able to help you identify the correct part for your pump, potentially saving you the hassle of a return. If a return is still needed, the same 30-day policy applies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time by your bank or credit card company may add additional days.
